Probably one of the biggest disappointments when i switched from my Animus Pump to the tslim was that after 9 years using a pump the infusion technology has not changed and I'm still using the TruSteel set. Last week I stumbled across a company (on Linked In) that is looking to enhance the infusion process in a number of ways including how insulin is delivered, how long an infusion set will last, and more excitingly monitoring of the insulin delivery process ie something that will tell us that the infusion set is delivering the insulin correctly. Thought i'd share the company web site for you to review as it seems appropriate given that having changed my infusion set this morning I had an unexplainable Blood Sugar high of 18 post lunch......

I did have a brief exchange with John Wilcox one of the founders and they are more than happy to provide more information and receive feedback through the contact page.

Whilst it seems a positive idea not sure i'll see this in the UK on the NHS in my life time.
