Been put on this, taking one in evening as it says that in packet, now need to go to two do I take it in evening as well or morning?
 
Lilies - really you should ask whoever told you to increase from 1 to 2 tablets. Next box you have, should have a new label to state how / when to take.

While I like your reference to sloe (makes me think of gin! 🙂) I'll change it to slow for you.
