Yes, probably. But if it had been t2, I'd have just told her that I would help in any way I can, but I don't know anything about t2. And of course I'd have given her this website address

I'm just glad it isn't D full stop
 
Yes - but worrying about the eyes though. Had it been the dreaded D, at least she would have had an explanation.
 
Very worrying indeed, I'd have been hammering the consultant's door down to get seen quicker. It's been about 2-3 weeks since her first eye test. And from what she'd told me, I'd be terrified. Losing sight in one eye has been mentioned :(
