I made this last night with cauliflower rice and it was delicious.
3 chicken thighs cut into 4
1 square container of passata i think 500ml
1 large onion
1 piece of ginger
2 cloves of garlic
2 peppers any colour
4 chilli's chopped
1/2tsp paprika
1/2tsp ground corriander
1/2 tsp turmeric
1tbs garam masala
2tbs curry powder
dice the onions and peppers and put into the slow cooker
chop up garlic and ginger or as i did grate on the finest setting
Put chicken on top of the onions and peppers
now mix everything else with the passata and pour on top of the chicken
Cover with the lid and cook on low for 5 hours
This came out well, but a bit too spicy so perhaps adjust the amount of chilli's
enjoy
