Hi

I was wondering if anyone on here had success with slimming world? I've been going to the gym regularly but really need help sorting out my diet in order to get my weight under control.

Thank you

Slimming world rules are not suitable for glucose control, as 'carbs are good' seems to be a siren song.
For many people it is restoring normal blood glucose levels which enables their metabolism to correct itself and then their weight drops - as often weight gain is a symptom of type two rather than the cause of it. Unfortunately that is sometimes not recognised, so people are left to struggle with their weight rather than getting back to normal blood glucose.

What Drummer said. Also Weight Watchers, my sis goes there (non-diabetic ) and she shows me the info....yep....no good whatsoever for diabetics.
Just cut carbs and check out food posts on here....worked for me 🙂
