I think @NotWorriedAtAll uses these "Skinny" products. Thanks for the heads up about it being available in B&M. Will keep a look out for it.
I got conned into buying a "Sweet Freedom" product because I thought it was a similar thing and I didn't have my glasses on to check the nutritional info. It was expensive too!

It's disgusting and needs a health warning on it.

I like the Maple syrup one and the Salted caramel one. They are quite addictive though.

@rebrascora I have been weaning myself off Skinny Syrups.

I used them in cooking and baking but have since found out that because they have sucralose in them - they shouldn't be heated to high temperatures because sucralose can turn into toxic compounds if it is heated to high temperatures in the presence of fats and low ph (such as baking powder and/or bicarb) so I am going to finish using the ones I have and then not buy any more.

I only found this out after buying some flavour drops which also have sucralose in them so that made me quite sad - but better to find out than not know.

I think fine to use now and then and on pancakes and yoghurt but not good to have often and not in baked goods.

Well I got a chocolate one and a strawberry one from B&M but I don't think I will be getting any more. They just taste weak, watery and chemically to me. Would rather have a dusting of cocoa powder or a few berries in my yoghurt and cream in my coffee than something which tastes so horribly artificial. Just thought I would give my review for anyone else considering these.
I am becoming less and less interested in artificial sweeteners having tried a few different types now....my kitchen cupboards are full or half opened containers of various types and I really think that it is just encouraging my sweet tooth again when I thought I had extracted it.

My gut feeling is that it would be better to have a tiny drizzle of my own bees honey if I really want something sweet than this concoction of chemicals, even if there is a carb difference. Sometimes you just have to spend your carb allowance wisely.

I had the skinny custard sauce which was ok, able to make a quick trifle with sugar free jelly, fruit and a dollop of double cream when I wanted a pudding
Have since had the white chocolate one which wasn’t very nice
I also have the skinny jam which is good
