Hello,
I do enjoy a skinny latte (no syrups or sweetener). I have no idea what the carbs count might be. Any thoughts?

Could you possibly be more specific?

Is it from a café/coffee shop or a boxed sachet from the supermarket etc?

Oh sorry! Coffee shop eg Costa

a latte according to Costa has around 9-11g carbs

if they are well known coffee chains you can sometimes get the information by using google such as this instance I typed "Costa nutrition info uk" into google

Greggs also supply information online amongst others but I haven't done extensive research as we don't have chains in my area

Great, thanks very much for the advice.
Best wishes.

No problem 🙂

Questions are always welcome :D

Wow - I have that amount of carbs for my breakfast - good thing that bought coffee is so dreadful these days, I would not be tempted. (I used to do taste testing for Allied Lyons so I can be a bit picky about the coffee or tea I drink)

That does seem a lot for a cup of coffee! A black coffee with cream would be considerably less and more enjoyable in my opinion.

The Starbucks chilled latte (lactose free) in many supermarkets comes in at 10gms CHO. I find it tastier than the one in their coffee shops. Only have one if BG meter gives a result twixt 5 & 6 though.
