There's products available for people with sensitive skin, one of them used by pump users is Skin Tac, not used any barrier wipes before but by all accounts it's a good
Welcome @HazelEQ🙂 Which pump and set is it? I’ve never had marks like that but it looks like it might be a reaction to the adhesive. Have you always had it or just in this hot weather? I agree with @nonethewiser that you could try Skin Tac or similar. I wouldn’t put Bio Oil on those personally. I don’t think you should get them ‘wet’ so to speak. I might try some Sudocrem or just leave them and keep an eye on them. Are they itchy?
That really does look like an adhesive reaction to me (as someone who reacts to a lot of dressing adhesives). I think it would be a good idea to look into options for under-dressing layer that you might react less to, or talk to your diabetic team
