I've recently had red blotches and spots appear on my hands and feet, has anyone ever experienced this as I'm slightly concerned.
 
How is your blood sugar? Could be a yeast infection.

Better off seeking medical advice, though.
 
There is something called hand, foot and mouth which children usually get but can affect adults as well.
