Skimmed milk ok ?

I find Google is my friend to find out how many carbs are in different foodstuffs.
I Googled “carbs in skimmed milk” and found there are 4.8g carbs in 100ml of skimmed milk.

It depends how much milk you are drinking and how your body tolerates carbs whether this is ok.
 
Surely there is no carbs and sugar in that ?
Unless you prefer skimmed milk then there is no difference in the carbs in whole milk, semi or skimmed milk
I recommend the book or app Carbs and Cals which gives carb value of a whole range of food with different portion sizes.
Some things you will find quite a surprise.

The information is on the packaging so that you can see it before you buy.... but take your glasses when you go shopping because it is usually in very small print on the back or side of the packaging. Ignore the traffic light information about sugar and fat and salt on the front. You want the total carbohydrate information from the nutritional information box. If you shop online then you need to look at the nutritional information for each product before you buy it. Each supermarket website will have that info for each product.
Personally I only buy full fat blue top milk for the reasons I outlined on the thread about yoghurts. The fat helps to keep you feeling full so you are less likely to want to snack or over eat.

Not everything comes in a packet. And not everything is on one website with carb content.
So, you have to search. It is easy using Google, search for "carbs in ...". Take care as US includes fiber (which we don't digest so should not be counted), whereas UK sites will exclude fibre in Total Carbs
I have built up a spreadsheet of common things I eat. Most of these are fruit and veg for me as I don't eat meat and cook most meals from scratch. I use my spreadsheet to work out total carbs in my recipes.
