All went well. Managed to walk the mile uphill from the rail station.
By virtue of recent cholycistis, the virtually no fat diet, the recommended diabetic diet more walking (with pooch) I have lost another 7kg - I was not that heavy to start with.
AC1 now 6.2% and unfortunately had a hypo onset at the clinic which they corrected and bg tested before I could leave.
Quite chuffed: 13.8 > 7.9 > 6.2 in 12 months.
Having a 3 month trial with no gliclazide as am going hypo in the mornings about four times a week.
Holiday for a week on Saturday, so hoping for no more trauma!
Gall bladder removal and partial finger amputation after the holiday, so hoping all will be stable before the winter.
