Site for Libre 2 sensor

Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
I've been using Libre 2 for 6 months, soon after I was diagnosed.
I've sited the sensors on the side or back of my arm as suggested. However I sleep on my side and often turn from one side to the other. It can set off low glucose alarm, even though I aim for a site to avoid lying on the libre. This time I have put it at the front. Great for sleep, but an impressive bruise, and I am more aware of it. I'm also aware it is easier to knock it.
Are there views on optimal sites, and any alternative to siting them on arms as suggested by the Libre info?

Hello @diabetic gardener ,
I have found a thread with some suggestions on possible areas for your sensor. Please have a read:

Hello,

I find this guy’s input pretty useful. Can’t say I’ve tried the sites, but the info does make sense from a practical perspective.

I like type one talks too - he's got some great advice and, in my opinion, tells it like it is.

Engaging, amusing, friendly. Informative. Never seems to be “cloning” his condition perspective or pushing some sort of self styled “ideology” through individual experience onto the viewer.

I like the guy. I wonder if he (Tom?) frequents here?

He also changes his mind and is gives nuance to subjects...ie low carb diet v plant based, rather than being rabidly for one or the other

Thanks very much everyone. The talk fro Tom made me laugh, and I've ordered on of the straps mentioned in the thread you sent Josh. I'll let you know how I get on.
