A baker is preparing for the Brighton Half Marathon while her seven-year-old sister gears up for the Mini Mile to raise funds for Diabetes UK.
Shakira Tettersell, 19, and Kearna, from Peacehaven, chose to take part in the challenges on behalf of their brother Jordan, 22, who was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes at five years old.
