At risk of diabetes
Advised by diabetic nurse, I have not used kit I’d bought in early September for 4 weeks. Tried it again today. Past readings could be brought up, but it would either present blank screen or Error 3. I’ve tried contacting firm but am getting nowhere. New batteries were put in, btw, in case that was the problem

Sorry i can’t help but thought I would give your post a bump up .

Sorry I don't know the meter and they seem to be a Chinese company, there is a Live Chat option available on their website when I looked just now but you'll have to know exactly what model of the meter you are using before contacting them as there are a few models xx

I’ve tried live chat but got nowhere. Amazon has sent replacement, thankfully. Thanks for your post

I have not used this monitor but all the monitors I have used have had phone helplines., and when I having rung the helplines have always bee helpful.

You might do better replacing it with one of the ones recommended by members on this forum both of which are known to be pretty reliable plus the strips are about the cheapest you can purchase direct - BUT you can only buy either of them online, not over the counter at a pharmacy.
