Simvastatin side effects kicked in after over 18 months of taking them

Hi after taking Simvastatin for over 18 months the side effects of extremely aching legs seems to have kicked in. They are extremely painful and even walking a short distance is hard work at first I thought I must be getting the flu.
 
Go straight to your doctor Sheilagh - they can prescribe different statins if necessary 🙂

I had this happen went to docs and was put on atorvstatin immediately and since then have had no further issues with achey legs
