Tested my BG mid-afternoon and it was 20 😱. Then realised that I didn't do my lunchtime injection. Silly me!!! I haven't missed one for quite a while and hope I don't again for a while either!
 
Hope you're feeling ok. It's so easy to forget an injection

Thanks - 3.3 now ... my 2 NR's must've kicked in together as there wasn't enough gap between them. Oh well, we live and learn! 🙂
