CALLING all cycling enthusiasts ? young, old, novice or pro ? please go to www.carten100.co.uk and enter the Cardiff to Tenby 100-mile cycle (Carten 100), on May 12.

Now in its seventh year, this fundraising event has, over the years, donated thousands of pounds to many and varied charities.

This year it is supporting JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) ? to help fund research into Type 1 diabetes. It is a one-day event taking place on May 12, starting at Sophia Gardens, Cardiff, and finishing at Kiln Park, Tenby.

I wish it were closer ! Would like to do that ! Am doing Nother Rock Cyclone this year for Duk (3 genarations of us ) 🙂🙂
