so I think my team went me drop my leivermer by half unit at each end once I get prescribed the cartridges or at least they said suggested this at my appointment before I did the morning background check, I'm starting to suspect my background needs are diferrn't for each time of day which I won't be able to do two hours after lunch yesterday it was 9.3 and stayed around there until dinner this isn't really an uncommon experience but sometimes it can go the other way two hours later though it was 6.9 and then back up to 9 by bed. I'm not using any sort at the moment so I can't see exactly what happened

i have been meaning to do more backroud checks. I'm couious that means more strip usage though and I'm working this weekend.
