Should I test at 2hrs?

Sorry guys...but I tested immediately before dinner and my sugars were 4.8; had salmon; egg noodle and garden peas & a sugar-free jelly for dinner; 1 hour later sugars are 7.3. Would you test again at 8hrs and is this a big jump? Amanda x 🙂
 
I would say you'd be unlikely to see better levels than those! 🙂 Presume you mean to test at two hours, not 8? I wouldn't think it necessary for a meal like that 🙂
