Should have gone to Specsavers

I was travelling by train from London to Birmingham today, and bought a pack of 4 mini pork pies, intending to eat 2 for lunch on the train and keep 2 for another day. After eating 1, I looked at the nutrition info on the box and was horrified to see that each pie had 136g of carbs. I immediately started to replan my food for the rest of the day to try to minimise the damage.

It was an hour or so before I realised that each pie weighed only 50g so couldn't possibly have that many carbs - I had ignored the decimal point on the nutrition data and the correct amount was 13.6g! But I still only ate one

If you gone to Specsavers that would have been two mistakes. There are far better opticians around!

Pork pies, delicious but proper.butchers shop pork pies are tastier than mass produced supermarket type.

It would have to be fair size pie to get to 136g ha ha.

Maybe, but in the interests of balance can I just say that I've been with them for years, so has my wife, and so has our youngest, and we've had no issues whatsoever with our branch.
