Shirataki Noodles

No but I have tried UDON noodles (fresh not dried) which are great, heated through in miso soup. Mind you I don't have a problem with pasta either and have noodles in preference to rice.
 
Sounds encouraging. 🙂 I'll be adding a couple of packs to February's shopping list.
