The lights in Sheffield’s Peace Gardens will be turning blue to mark World Diabetes Day on Friday.
The transformation can be seen from 7pm to 10pm and has been organised by Andy Broomhead, chair of the Diabetes UK charity’s Sheffield group.
Andy has Type 1 diabetes and recently raised £845 for the good cause by running the Yorkshire Marathon.
