Hi Sheena and cat welcome to the forum, tell us about yourself how long have you been diagnosed ? and what insulins are you ? .Have a good browse around the site we are all a very freindly approcable bunch so ask anything anytime x
 
Cats are good I got a Max and a Phoebe! It's the big D that sucks, still you've come to the right place, you'll find all sorts of answers here, stick around 🙂

Well, I couldn't get much further south without getting my feet wet - I'm in Southampton now, but originally from Yorkshire. 🙂

Hi PhilT thank you for the welcome. I have had diabetes for 21 years, i'm an old hand at it now. It was devastating when i was told i had it, nursing runs in my family, but it stops with me!

Hi Steff i have had type 1 diabetes for 21 yrs in august, i ended up in hospital when i was visiting my sister. I am on NovoRapid and Insulatard but i started off on syringes, twice a day.

Hello Angie thanks for the warm welcome. I have 2 cats Harley and Sonny and they are senior cats. My daughter was given a kitten for her birthday in October i didn't want another cat, and it caused big problems with the two boys i thought Harley was going to need physciatric help. The kitten is called Pebbles she is Bengal, the vet said she was weird because she is such a nice friendly unlike Bengals.
