Type 2
I am in type 2 remission. I've lost 17kg and dropped my Hb1AC from 48 to 28 over the last 6 months through this weightloss and low carb diet. Lots of people have asked me what I eat so I have started an Instagram sharing my food diary if anyone wants to follow for inspiration. You'll find me at @whatabbiateScreenshot_20210829-190001_MyFitnessPal.jpg

Congratulations on the weight loss, and welcome to the forum!

Your title is a bit misleading, if you are just directing us to Instagram - not everyone does Instagram or facebook.

Perhaps you could share on here?

This forum is completely user unfriendly so nightmarish for sharing something like that. If people aren't on Instagram then they're welcome to ignore.

I've started following you for inspiration! When my OH was diagnosed in July I was so scared of cooking something which would be bad for him, but since then I've learned a lot and my meals are getting more varied again (I'm not great in the kitchen so that doesn't help much!).

Well done on your amazing results. Just out of curiosity, can I ask what your average daily carb intake is.

I look forward to seeing more of your meals on Instagram.
