Very dissapointed here

Went to shakeaway in trowbridge today with the family, ordered my wispa shake and then asked the girl if she had any nutritional information such as the carbohydrate values of each shake. I explained that I was diabetic and it was important for me to have this information - all I got from her was a blank look, and a sheet shoved in front of me: "this has the calories on it".

🙄 very dissapointed. I tried explaining to her WHY it was needed, that I needed to cover the shake with some insulin, but she really didn't seem to care.

It seems as though, according to staff, carbohydrate doesn't exist in their milkshakes. Very, very dissapointed 😡 Thankfully I guessed right (4u) - though still no idea what the values were.

i know how you feel it was the same at a birthaday party at the bowling place it was like asking something from space (doooohh) no idea

I've emailed them 🙂 Hopefully I get a response 🙂
