Just realised that the SF Robinsons jellies are no longer SF, they are now "no added sugar" and have approx. 6 carbs per pot - just a heads up for those who use these ones for basal testing in particular 🙂

Try the Hartley SF jelly instead 🙂 Must admit to never having seen any SF Robinsons SF Jelly.

Yes, I use the Harley's powders and make up 5 small pots per sachet, works out much cheaper than the ready made ones 🙂 (10 pots for about 70p 🙂)
 
Although the Hartleys are not completely carb free I believe.
 
I love sf jelly with Greek yogurt. .3g for a quarter of a packet is very good but I have never checked till now as I thought sugar free meant no sugar.
