Making seven simple changes to your lifestyle could add a decade of healthy years to your life.
That's the outlandish claim made by a top cardiologist from Northwestern University.
Dr Clyde Yancy, past president of the American Heart Association, said making changes such as quitting smoking and eating a healthy diet can have a dramatic impact.
Although the changes may seem obvious, he said only one in 10 of us manage to reach 'optimal health' by following them.

I'd better start planning my 90th birthday party then :D

Is Dr Yancy not just stating the obvious here, any health practitioner will give you the same advice but it's up to the individual if they want to heed it.

The DM seem quite shocked by his audacity. All the things their average reader enjoys doing and he wants them to stop just so they live longer.

I think I'm compliant on every point. To a greater or lesser degree.

wow. they are amazing. if i live beyond 80 i'll be ecstatic. 🙄

sadly, most of their readership will die prematurely from high blood pressure and chronic outrage. 😱
