We experienced a motor error again with the pump at the weekend. Phoned the help-line (US colleagues) and ran through various checks, (very thorough IMO compared to same problem dealt with UK staff several months ago).
Good news was that pump was fine and it was concluded that the problem had been at the site - which I agreed with. It has been running fine since.
However, as I was being asked to examine the pump at the motor end I mentioned the cushioned sticker had lost its sticky and come off a week ago - the guy asked if we used the belt clip, no we don't. He felt the UK team may want to replace the pump on these grounds even though we don't use the clip as the pump has lost some protection at the motor end. I asked could I not stick it on, but no. So waiting to hear ATM but would be a shame for something so small to cause an expensive piece of kit to go back I will ask again when UK phone if I can stick it back myself - feel v guilty.
Anyway just a heads up that the sticker is extremely important on the Mini med Veo.
