I've only ever seen one in my 30 odd years and I had to ask so I would say give it a go, but you'll prob have to wait a few weeks unless it's urgent.

As far as I am aware you are entitled to see one ever year as a check up, however if you have problems I don't see why it would be yearly!??

You go demand one girl!

Cheers

Rossi 🙂

As far as I was led to beleive that you are entitled to a yearly podiatrists appointment as well as a yearly eye appointment.

Not sure about that. My practice nurse ran a funny looking thing along my foot, asked if I could feel it and then said everything was OK. Tick the box, move on.

Not really "foot doctors", but specialists in feet, are podiatrists or chiropodists, who work on the NHS and in private practice. Never seen one myself - well, not professionally, but one of my old friends trained many years ago, then moved away from area and haven't seen her for years.

did mean podiatrists or chiropodist but didt know how to spell it LOL
I see my GP this afternoon am going to ask hin Im a cheeky mare at times

Just recently diagnosed this week.

What does Diabetes do your feet.

I think it depends where you live. I saw a podiatrist last year and when I tried to get my feet checked again this year was told I was doing well with my foot care and if I was worried see my GP.
