So I’m officially into the 16 stone mark both morning and night time. Lost around 9lb’s. Still a long way to go but I want to get into mid 16’s.

Started off at 17 and half stone or just over.

Definitely feel less tired and have more energy. Sleeping is a bit more difficult as I’m finding I’m not as tired.

One thing I am loving is not getting up to go to the loo 4 times a night!!! Most nights I sleep through.
