Seeded Bread - Good, bad, or just don't do it??
Entirely depends on how you as an individual copes with bread, some people do, some don't. you will only know if you have a home monitor so you can test what suits you and what doesn't.

Fine for some, tiny portion and/or very occasionally for others and a definite no for others. You will only know which you are, and if yes how big a portion, if you test.

bread is a no no for me, i have experimented with different bread and home made bread but found one that really is great
Sainsbury's Hi Lo Keto bread its seeded and only 5 grams of carbs per slice
