Ist one in middle of May was 82

Been on metformin 3 x 500 mg daily since July 1st

Should I be looking at a reduction in hbac already and if so , how much ?
 
Yes, the diet and lifestyle changes you’ve made since May will show as a reduction in a1c if they’ve been helping your blood sugars
 
You've made changes to your diet and are walking more @Taffyboyslim, I'm optimistic that your HbA1c will be a fair bit better than 82 when you have the second one taken. I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. Let us know how it goes, we're all cheering you on!

Are you able to access your results via the NHS app or Patient Access? Will you be getting a follow up phone call to discuss your results?

Hopefully you’ll see a steady improvement 🙂
