It makes how many, ie what are the carbs? Are they a lot less each than a normal cracker hence worth a T1 considering making?

Well that depends what size you want them, as Bubs said cut the shapes you want, I imagine as she used a shot glass she got a fair few, and depends on the brand of almonds you use but generally from memory 100g ground almonds has around 6-7g carbs, plus if you add anything else you'd have to add that in so as always if you want to make you'd just have to work it out yourself lol x
 
Well true of course. In my case no it wouldn't be worth it as normal crackers are so low carb and in any case they aren't something anyone would normally want to eat a lot of anyway.

However if you are T2 on D&E or otherwise, most especially if you are on insulin and carb count/dose adjust (and needing much more insulin for each gram of carb that the likes of me) then it's pretty important.
