Samsung A53 5G problem with closed loop system

Has anyone had problems with the Ypsopump, Dexcom G6, CamAPS FX program, Samsung A53 5G phone not working as closed loop system and have they managed to resolve them? These problems are related to Samsung and started 4th/5th July.
 
Hey @Anny , we're very sorry to hear you've been having problems using your Samsung device and your closed-loop system - we can appreciate that this must be frustrating for you.

Have you tried to contact the manufacturers at all?
 
Thanks Ciara, it's my Grandson who is Type 1, we have found out today that it is a Samsung problem on some of the Series A phones and that they are hoping to fix by 24th July.

The problem was caused by the latest Samsung update , they have acknowledged the problem and are bringing out another update to fix it.
