SALMON PATTIES ~ QUICK & EASY

I made these and they're tasty. I didn't have any parsley so to add a bit of colour I added chopped green bell pepper. Served on a side plate (Portion size) 1 Pattie with Spinache; Cauliflower rice; Broccoli; 2 slices lemon and a teaspoon of homemade seafood dressing ~ num num😛
