Salad dressing ideas

I quite often have salad for lunch, particularly in the summer. One of my go to dressings is the Pizza Express house dressing. It only has 3.3g carbs per 100ml and has a nice tang to it. You can get it in most supermarkets.
 
I have this recipe for salad dressing which I've used since my early twenties.

2 Parts extra virgin olive oil
1 part balsamic vinegar
And
Oregano,salt and pepper(I also add sun-dried tomato now and again)

It's a great dressing.
