A member of staff has been sacked after the death of a four-year-old boy at Doncaster Royal Infirmary.

An investigation is still under way into the incident, and the death of the little boy from Balby has been referred to Doncaster Safeguarding Children?s Board.

DRI classed the circumstances surrounding Daniel Lewis Hames? death in March as a ?Serious Incident? but refused to give any further details when the death was reported in May.

Given how incredibly difficult it is to sack a doctor, the findings will certainly be shocking when they come out. :(
