My BG was running at a little under 12 this afternoon, do you think it might have been the cold weather?

Or was it the chips and brown sauce I had for lunch? 😛

There's quite a bit of sugar in brown sauce, and coupled with the chips probably not the most diabetes-friendly meal! 🙂

Must have been the Brown Sauce🙄(HP is 27g carb per 100g and thats probably all sugar like Ketchup). Better stick to vinegar next time.
I was just wondering why I was 8.8 3 hours after dinner tonight. When I looked at the yoghurt I had had is see is has 20g sugar per pot😱 still was lovely.
