Rosemary Conleys Amazing inch loss diet has anybody tried this , wasnt sure whether to post this here or on weightloss , thought here as im interested because of it being low fat and its recipes too 🙂

I use Rosermary Conley's low GI diet book for recipe inspiration! Works for me!🙂
