Roasted chickpeas

Relationship to Diabetes
Type 2
Tin of chickpeas,
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp coriander (Dried)
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Pre heat oven to 200c

toss chickpeas in the seasoning, spread on a baking sheet Bake for 30 to 40 mins until golden brown and crisp.
 
Thanks, great. Tried it without the coriander (as it hates me) and added rosemary instead.
I'm vegan also. Do you know any good cake recipes? Tricky I know. But I've never made a vegan, no/low sugar cake and would love to give it a go.

Wriggler, sorry just seen this.

I have vegan cake recipes but not diabetic friendly.:(.
