Relationship to Diabetes
Type 1
This is from Diabetes Uk. "http://riskscore.diabetes.org.uk/2013" . Get family members to have a look If you could make a few changes before I know I would 😉
 
Just tried it for myself just to see where it would place me, risk score was very high, which is correct as I am diabetic.
 
My score was 6, Low Risk! 😱🙄

I suspect they need to ask how many relatives with diabetes you have!
