Early morning thoughts,
we have a type 1, 3 year old starting with us, looking for any form of risk assessment that any settings use.
Child has pump, sensor and phone,
Our initial concerns are being able to hear alarms and also to keep eyes on the child with the current indoor outdoor policy, as only 2 members of staff are currently trained, with training only being a 1.5 hour training session.
Our nursery is over 2 rooms plus outdoors and 14 members of staff, do other settings have more staff trained
Any info relevant to your settings most appreciated
