Hey guys I hope somone can help. The last week or two, my BS have been climbing. Very rarely below 7 now, more often than not, higher than 8. I feel like i am slowly losing control of all this, not that i had wonderful control before. Compared to where I was when I started this journey in April, things are a lot better, but the numbers are climbing again now :(

I am going to make an appointment to see my GP this week...

Hi Doddy

It sounds like you might need to tweak your basal insulin. Sometimes I find I have to raise or lower the amounts I take by about 1u and then BGs fall back in line again. First you need to test your basal to see if it's set right see instructions here http://www.diabetes-support.org.uk/info/?page_id=120 about half way down the page.

Do you carb count and match your Novorapid to what you eat? If not that might help if your basal is OK.
