I finally got to move to another diabetes centre, another hospital in another PCT region and the experience has been a very positive one. The specialist nurse still has kindness in her heart and still cares -- something of a rarity in the "care" profession these days. The consultant was awesome, really technical, knowledgeable and enthusiastic about his profession, I had lots to learn from the chap, I could of listened to him all day, but I had to go....
It took a few months to get the referral, but I'm so glad I moved, it was the rightmove!

Sounds great....and another person with a with a very positive appointment e pertinence! Almost makes you look forward to the next appointment doesn't it? 🙂

It does Lisa66! For the first time, I am looking forward to my next appointment, it's such a great feeling when there are people who want to and can help you. It was never enjoyable at the last place, they just doubted everything you told them, they'd give bad advice and they'd huff and puff down the phone, no job was ever small enough for them, you'd end up arguing for their help, it really was an awful place to be.

I'm just so grateful each day that I work with people who are conscientious, diligent and enthusiastic and go out their way to help clients and customers.
