Afternoon. I was answering another post and pressed the wrong button....no idea where it went. !!
Anyway, I want to ask from others with so much experience if I am on the right track. I feel that I should not have to resort to kind people on a forum to answer this, it's the DN' s job. But, T2, on Metformin and last test showed BG down. I don't feel that I am eating enough but any more is more than I can handle. I am not writing everything down but looking at Carbs etc and counting in my head.
Sunday...late.. Breakfast....... Warburton's thin x 1 with 2 X scrambled eggs,butter and the dreaded marmite. Approx 20? Carbs.
I had one glass of red wine and DH ordered up a curry!!!! I know.
I had 1 x poppadum, 2 x onion bhaji and a side of spinach and lentil dhal. No idea carb count but definitely under the nurses 120 g.
Today.......no breakfast, I dont usually during the week , lunch was olive bits, coleslaw, mozzarella, all in the fridge needing used, at least 1x litre of water and planning on a Birds Eye Haddock with 2 x vegs for tea. I know that's high but well within my range.
I think what I am asking is......am I OK????? Don't know how I should feel if I'm wrong, don't think that I am eating enough but not particularly hungry and it's very much what I was eating before.
Please move this if it's in the wrong place and I am so cross that I have to resort to asking this on a forum when I feel that this is the kind of support that diabetics should get and don't as routine.
