Had my review this morning and I'm a happy bunny 🙂 Hba1c down from 70 to 37, weight down two and a half stone, Blood pressure now stable at normal rates, Eyes and feet good as well !
Been a hard slog and now just have to keep everything stable, The DSN said she will keep me on the diabetic list for another year then if all is still good I can be taken off the list.
Going to review again in 6 months so hopefully I can behave and keep everything outside even pre-diabetic numbers.
Feeling now that all the hard work in diet and exercise has really paid off and thanks for all the support from you folks its been a great help towards achieving my goals.
