i had my review today apartlly i'm doing really well i don't feel like it epsially after yesterday. talkd about spli dosinf for high carb meals

I am sure you are doing very well!
I think we sometimes just have rather unrealistic expectations in the beginning as to what is possible and strive for perfection too much. Really good diabetes management mostly only comes with time and experience and making mistakes and learning from them. You can't know everything all at once, so accept what they told you at the review and be kind to yourself and relax a bit. You are doing great!

Ah that’s great to hear @rayray119

Glad you have got off to a good start.

Yes splitting doses can be a very effective strategy for higher carb meals. It takes a bit of experimentation to work out which meals and/or what level of carbs seem most likely to benefit from split doses, and then playing with the splits and timings.

I think i when im being hard on myslef i need look at this gargh. It was the pizza that took one up to orange i think.
