Rightttttt know its been a while but just got a letter through saying im at the first stages of retinopathy :/
this is bad right?
im only 17! i thought it might of been cause of the amount of time i've had it but like i'm really worried what do i do?

Hi Estella, if the letter just says 'background retinopathy' and no treatment required then don't worry. This happens to a lot of us and can resolve itself if you can keep your levels under control 🙂

thought that might be the case 🙂 aha i'll knuckle down 🙂 x

Same results i got last month Estelaa as Alan said just try to keep tight control of levels x

I had background retinopathy the year before last,I was worried all year but then last year I had the eye check and it was all back to normal.
