I shall be having my first Retinopathy test tomorrow, my second clinic this morning for my HbA1c test etc.

I have settled into a routine over the past three months, I usually test after my main meal, with averages of 5.6 pre-meal, 7.3 post-meal, from a minimum of 4.6 to a peak of 12.3. I keep a database of meals with test figures, so I know what has produced a spike

I have been fairly well disciplined, however yesterday, I had some cheese and a piece of carrot cake 9.3! taught me a lesson.

Hope everything goes well with your appointments macabee 🙂 Sounds like you have improved your control a great deal, so hopefully you will be rewarded with some good numbers at your review!

Good luck Macabee with your tests, hope your results will please you

John

Thanks all.😎
