Results just in

I've just been to the doctor's to get my final certificate before I start my new job on Monday. (I just love saying that!) I got a pleasant surprise when she gave me my latest HbA1c and cholesterol results. HbA is down to 7.4 and Chol is 4.9 down from 5.4. I thought the results would be horrendous, but obviously I've only been testing when I felt bad so didn't realise there were good bits that brought the averages down. My next target is to get them both down another .4 for next time. Haven't lost any weight though, now I'll be getting paid, maybe I can afford to get a subscription for the swimming pool, that should help.
